RUBBERCRAFT IS A HIGH TECHNOLOGY COMPANY that designs, develops and manufactures precision-engineered custom elastomeric and rubber parts, components and systems.  Our expertise spans the entire range of Aerospace & Defense including applications for Land, Sea, and Aerospace (including Space and Launch Vehicle applications) as well as other markets that demand mission critical solutions such as Composites Manufacturing, Power Generation & Energy and Communications.

WIDE RANGE OF CAPABILITIES - The Company has a great deal of experience in precision-molded and extruded rubber and elastomers. Rubbercraft has expertise in surface bonding of elastomers to metal, fabric, composites and Teflon® and specializes in rubber to metal and rubber to composite bonding designs that mold seals directly to surfaces.

A START TO FINISH SOLUTION - Rubbercraft is value added partner to many of our customers because we work with them at every stage of the part or component solution, from an existing drawing or design to a custom solution including areas such as manufacturing, assembly, testing and installation.

ON SITE LABORATORY - Rubbercraft has a complete on-site laboratory for the formulation and testing of elastomer and rubber compounds.  We mix, mold and extrude a wide variety of elastomers including silicone, fluorosilicone, EPDM, Viton®, Nitrile and Neoprene. We also have an extensive inventory of standard extrusion dies and gasket molds that provide rapid turnaround and lower cost for companies in need of such products and components.

ISO 9001 / AS9100 CERTIFIED SYSTEM - Rubbercraft's manufacturing and production processes are certified to stringent ISO 9001 / AS9100 standards.  The company also holds many quality certifications and industry approvals including Platinum or Preferred status with many of our customers, MIL-DTL approved compounds, and FAA - PMA/TSO approved parts.

EMI CAPABILITITIES - Rubbercraft also applies its proprietary technology to electrical emissions control, thermal protection and noise emission absorption. We provide electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) with our proprietary conductive elastomers. Emissions control and shielding technologies are applied to electromagnetic pulse (EMP), electrostatic discharge (ESD) and radio frequency interference (RFI) parts and components.
