INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Rubbercraft is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales professional. The individual will be responsible for generating new business and servicing existing accounts, some travel may be required. Strong interpersonal & selling skills and the ability to follow through are a must. We offer a competitive starting salary plus a performance bonus incentive. Attractive benefits are also available.
Required Experience:
High School graduate or GED. Some college preferred.
3 - 5 years of related sales experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience

SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER
The Senior Project Engineer will manage multiple development projects from initiation to completion. The individual will work with internal and external organizations and departments to effectively capture and execute development and production projects for a diverse range of customers and applications. The successful candidate will be flexible, agile, and adaptable and will have proven success working in a highly collaborative, fast paced environment which emphasizes rapid development and fielding of capabilities.
Required Experience:
4 yr engineering degree required
5 years experience in engineering field and/or job function
Minimum 2 years direct project or program management experience
Knowledge and work experience with basic materials and material properties (rubber, composites, plastics, metals, etc.)
Knowledge and applicable experience in manufacturing and manufacturing operations
Prefer experience in elastomers and/or composites design or manufacturing
Bid and proposal process including proposal development and preparation
