Closed Section Molding

The Company has considerable know how and experience with closed section molding using disposable or wash-out cores such that after the fabrication of the closed section, we can remove that material without having to splice or close up the section after removing the core tool.

Die-Cutting

Once the molded or sheet material has been manufactured, customers often need a secondary process to cut the material into a final shape. Rubbercraft has a range of die-cutting operations including stamping, adding champher or degreed-end features.
