Precision designed, manufactured and assembled

Many of the components that Rubbercraft manufactures includes metal inserts and seal retainers that are subsequently molded, bonded or adhered to the proprietary elastomer as a part of the complete assembly. Metal inserts are of various geometries, sizes and shapes and fabricated from all varieties of aluminum grades and tempers to steels, stainless steels and more exotic metals of titanium, including the inkonels (spl?). Many of our customers' seal requirements have an integral metallic or composite retainer built into the seal so that it can more easily be attached to its next assembly.

Providing this in-house capability is a great benefit to our customers. We are able to better control the overall component design and manufacture, reduce time of delivery and potential secondary cost.
