Proprietary Thermal Management Elastomers
Our proprietary thermal elastomers are engineered to efficiently dissipate and distribute heat in high-speed processors and high-density electronic packages while also providing effective EMI shielding—delivering two critical functions in a single integrated solution.
Thermal pads fill the gaps between heat-generating components and heat-dissipating surfaces, maximizing thermal dissipation while forming an electrically insulating layer. Materials can be formulated to isolate heat or effectively conduct and transfer it.
